Congrats to Aina for raising our first money for ARK by baking amazing cookies. Here is her secret recipe:
GLUTEN-FREE CHOCOLATE COOKIES
Ingredients
300 g fondant chocolate (minimum 50%). Grind half of the chocolate and pulverize the other half.
100g of sugar.
4 eggs.
250 g butter.
1 pinch of salt
2 teaspoons of baking powder (royal yeast)
400 g flour (gluten-free)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Beat the eggs and the sugar. Then add the butter, salt and yeast. When everything is well mixed, add the flour and the chocolate powder and knead. Add the chocolate pieces and knead again. With the help of two spoons we make little balls with the dough and leave them on the baking tray (with baking paper).
Bake each batch for approx. 20 minutes at 180ºC.
Leave to cool and eat!
